Delightful and quaint two-room apartment, it is cool in the summer and is equipped with a large living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a large portion of garden belonging to the external furnishings and barbecue. The apartment is a part of Villa la Rugantina, with which it shares the main entrance gate, but is completely independent and guarantees excellent privacy. A vailable from april to october.

Guest access
Guests can access the garden of their own with furniture and large brick barbecue and private beach on the lake.

The owner of the house will always be available for any need or advice on the area and on naturalistic, historical and archaeological, gastronomic and cultural tours not to be missed!

La Piccola Rugantina si trova in una posizione molto felice, perché assicura la totale privacy e tranquillità, pur restando vicina al centro di San Felice Circeo e a quello di Sabaudia, raggiungibili in pochi minuti di automobile. Oltre che alle meravigliose dune di Sabaudia, la Villa è vicina ai caratteristici mercati del paese, ai negozi, a ristoranti ed a favolose gelaterie e pasticcerie.

Overview of the neighborhood
Villa La Rugantina is located in a very happy position, because it ensures total privacy and tranquility, while remaining close to the center of San Felice Circeo and to that of Sabaudia, reachable within a few minutes by car. In addition to the wonderful dunes of Sabaudia, the Villa is close to the characteristic markets of the country, to shops, restaurants and fabulous ice cream parlors and pastry shops.
How to move
The Villa is immersed in the greenery of the Circeo National Park; the Pontine Islands, the caves and the Cyclopean walls of Mount Circeo are within easy reach. Monte Giove is an attraction not to be missed, as well as a visit with the boat to the Roman Villa of Domitian.
